CANCELLATION POLICY
Please Note: A 40% fee will be automatically charged for any no-shows or failure to cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If the card on file is declined, an invoice will be issued immediately. Failure to pay the outstanding balance will result in future appointments being denied. Thank you for your cooperation.
